TYPE D’ASCENSEURS : le marché actuel


Il existe deux types d’ascenseur, l’installation dépendant du bâtiment ainsi que des besoins des propriétaires. Il y a les ascenseurs électriques et les ascenseurs hydrauliques. L’installation se fait à l’intérieur ou à l’extérieur du bâtiment. Selon les techniques utilisées, la structure peut aussi se faire à gaine maçonnée, à autoportant ou encore à pylône.



Ascenseur électrique à traction


L’ascenseur électrique est propulsé par un moteur électrique. Pour atteindre l’équilibre, ce système doit comporter un contrepoids et une cabine. Ce moteur accompagne plusieurs séries de câbles fixés sur une poulie d’entraînement. Ce mécanisme produit automatiquement un effet de  traction. L’ascenseur peut coulisser grâce à des rails verticaux accompagnés des éléments de sécurité comme le parachute mécanique, coussin de fausse ou limiteur de vitesse, etc.


C’est l’un des modèles le plus prisés par les particuliers en occupant actuellement les 90 % du marché d’ascenseurs. Il existe plusieurs  modèles d’ascenseurs selon leurs marques et leurs systèmes d’installation. Il faut seulement bien choisir l’entreprise qui réalisera l’installation.



Ascenseur hydraulique à vérin


Ce type d’ascenseur, mû au départ par du courant électrique, ne possède pas de contrepoids. Son déplacement vertical vers le haut est assuré par de l’huile sous pression contenu dans un vérin muni de piston. L’huile est envoyée grâce à une pompe hydraulique. Quant à la descente, elle est possible grâce à l’arrêt de la pression suivi de l’évacuation de l’huile. S’il y a une panne électrique ou d’autres problèmes, l’ascenseur possède un système de stockage d’énergie (batterie 12 voltes) qui permet aux utilisateurs d’atteindre le prochain arrêt.ASCENSEURS

L’ascenseur électrique lui a une plus grande vitesse de déplacement, convient à plusieurs étages, dépense moins d’énergie et s’avère plus écologique tout en étant plus bruyant que l’ascenseur hydraulique.


L’ascenseur hydraulique convient à une maison à 7 étages au maximum (élévation en hauteur limitée à 18 mn). Il est plus facile à installer et entretenir, plus silencieux, tout en étant plus lent et plus polluant (cas du modèle à cylindre enterré) et un peu plus énergivore que l’ascenseur électrique.



TYPE D’ASCENSEUR : LES PRIX INDICATIFS


Plusieurs facteurs influent sur le coût. Il s’agit entre autres, du moment où il est installé (en construction neuve ou en bâtiment existant), du type de bâtiment (immeuble collectif ou privé), du lieu d’implantation (intérieur ou extérieur), du type d’ascenseur (hydraulique ou électrique, à gaine ou autoportant), de la charge maximale, de la taille de la cabine et de son design, etc.


À noter que l’installation d’un ascenseur coûte moins cher que celle d’un ascenseur extérieur. En copropriété, la charge totale se divise entre les copropriétaires, mais pas en parts égales (les occupants du 2ème étage paient moins cher que ceux du 6ème étage, etc.)

Compte tenu de tous ces facteurs, une large fourchette de prix (30 000 euros et 80 000 euros) existe tant sur l’installation que sur l’équipement, notamment la cabine.


À titre indicatif :




  • Un ascenseur à gaine sur 2 niveaux coûte à l’installation entre 12000 et 20000 euros avec 3500 euros pour chaque 2 étages supplémentaires.

  • Un ascenseur autoportant sur 2 niveaux a un prix d’installation variant entre 15 000 et 18 000 euros avec 3500 euros de plus pour chaque étage supplémentaire.

  • Le prix d’installation d’un ascenseur hydraulique est plus cher (de plus) 10 % par rapport à celle d’un ascenseur électrique.

  • Le prix de la cabine débute à 2 5000 euros et peut aller jusqu’à 20 000 euros si elle est de haut standing.

  • Le coût d’entretien annuel se situe entre 2000 et 3000 euros.


Comme le budget relatif à un ascenseur est important et que le recours à des professionnels soit nécessaire pour les travaux, il est essentiel de faire de comparaison de prix sur la base de plusieurs devis. De plus, s’informer sur les aides disponibles peut alléger le coût.
